Here are the goals for what I want to be able to acomplish by the end of the Calendar year 2025:
Gain 10 lbs (180lbs → 190lbs)
Endurance: Run 7 minute mile Be able to run a 10k consistently Be able to hike 20 miles with a 20l pack
Strength: Bench BW Deadlift 335 for 6-7
Maintain healthy diet, eat veggies, etc etc
